Colette is a lightweight raglan sweater with a pretty openwork stitch , slightly cropped to be worn with high-waisted skirts or trousers. Intermediate level pattern 3/5, video tutorials can be found on our YouTube channel .

    Construction : The Colette sweater is knit in the round, seamlessly, from the top down. After a ribbed neckline and short rows, the raglan increases are worked, incorporating a central lace motif at the front. The body and sleeves are then separated and finished successively in the round.

    Supplies needed :

    • Yarn suggestion (the 2 yarns are knitted together):
      • Merino Fingering, 100% Virgin Wool (220 m / 50 g): 3-4-4 (5-5-6) 6-7-7 balls
      • Mohair and Silk, 72% Kid Mohair - 28% Silk (210 m / 25 g): 3-4-4 (5-5-6) 6-7-7 balls
    • 4mm circular needles with 40, 80 or 100cm cables and 3mm circular needles with 40, 80 or 100cm cables
    • 9 marker rings, including 2 different ones to mark the beginning of the round and the beginning of the openwork pattern
    • Cables or yarn to be discarded for holding sleeve stitches on hold
    • Yarn needle for weaving in ends at the end of the work

    Gauge : 20 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch with 4 mm needles
