Shipping your package

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. This period may be extended by a few days during sales or product launches.

Several delivery methods are available:

• Delivery by green letter (La Poste, without tracking). From €3.50 for the smallest packages.
• Home delivery without signature (La Poste, with tracking by email). From €6.90
• Delivery to a relay point (La Poste, with tracking by email) . From €4.90
• Free collection on site , at the workshop, at 31 rue de Cuire, 69004 LYON , at the following times:
  

  - Monday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  - Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  - Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  - Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  - Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

  It is important to wait for confirmation by email that your package is available. You will need to have your order number to collect it.

Regardless of the shipping method, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Delivery to a relay point is free in mainland France for purchases over €89.

We also deliver to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Poland. For these countries, delivery costs are between €5 and €15.

We also deliver to Canada, the United States and the French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Guiana) .

Returns for mainland France within 14 days at the buyer's expense (excluded: personalized items and pocket and PDF patterns).
