Shipping of your package

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. This timeframe may be extended by a few days during sales periods or product launches.

Several delivery options are available for mainland France:

• Home delivery without signature (La Poste, with email tracking). From €6.90 for orders under €89 and €4.50 off orders of €89 or more .
• Delivery to a relay point (La Poste, with tracking by email) From €4.90 for orders under €89 and free from €89 of purchases .
• Free collection on site , at the workshop, 31 rue de Cuire, 69004 LYON , during the following hours:
  

  - Monday: 9am - 12:30pm / 2pm - 5pm
  - Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  - Wednesday: 9am - 12:30pm
  - Thursday: 9am - 12:30pm / 2pm - 5pm
  - Friday: 9am - 12:30pm / 2pm - 5pm

  It is important to wait for email confirmation that your package is available. You will need your order number to collect it.

Regardless of the shipping method, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

We also deliver to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Malta. Delivery costs vary for these countries and will be displayed just before you confirm your order.

We also deliver to Canada and the French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Réunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Guiana) .

Returns for mainland France within 14 days at the buyer's expense (excluded: personalized items and paper and PDF patterns).
