La marque Joli Lab a été créée en 2018 par Margot Tiret et Marie Mouly, deux amies partageant la même passion pour le DIY. Elles ont depuis été rejointes par plusieurs collaboratrices passionnées de couture, qui participent au quotidien au développement de la marque. All our collections are designed in our Lyon workshop. For the raw materials of our sewing kits, we have made the demanding choice to privilege French partners. If the 100% made in France is not reached for practical and economic reasons, we can already boast that our patterns, pouches and fabrics are printed in France and that our threads and buttons are also made there.

Yes it's normal, the monthly box is no longer available since November 10th 2022. We decided to stop it despite its success, preferring to expand our range of sewing kits sold individually, which was very often asked. The economic crisis also passed by, and our pretty box was not profitable enough anymore. However, there was no question of lowering our level of quality or passing on the cost increases to the subscription price. We prefer to change course and offer you more complete and always hotter collections of sewing kits, while continuing, for each new pattern, to accompany you thanks to our video tutorials.

To change your delivery address, simply log in to your customer account and click on the button at the bottom of the page "MY ADDRESSES (OUTSIDE THE MONTHLY BOX)".


Please note that to change the delivery address of your couture box, you must go to your customer account and make the change in the tab "MY BOX MENSUELLE / MY BOX".

You can pay your order by credit card or by Paypal. These two means of payment are perfectly secure.
If your payment has not been successful, we advise you to use another method of payment. If this still does not work, please contact our customer service department at [email protected]and we'll find a solution to help you.
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days. In periods of launches, promotions or sales, this period may be extended by a few days.

Yes, we deliver to Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Guyana), Canada and the United States.

Please contact us if your place of residence is not included in this list.

Yes, according to the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. This withdrawal period does not apply to cut products, such as fabrics, and sewing patterns.

This right of return can only be accepted for products in new, unused and unwashed condition. Otherwise, the products will not be taken back.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (unless we make an error).

Once your package has been received and checked, please allow approximately 7 working days for your refund to arrive.

Oui, vous pouvez retirer votre commande sur place, à notre atelier lyonnais, situé au 31 rue de Cuire dans le 4ème arrondissement. Il faudra bien patienter jusqu'à la réception d'un mail vous indiquant la disponibilité de votre commande.

The days and times when you can collect your order are as follows:

Lundi : 9h30 - 12h30 / 14h - 17h

Mardi : 9h30 - 12h30 / 14h - 17h

Mercredi : Fermé

If your parcel has been returned to us because you did not collect it within the time limit, you will have to pay the postage for a second delivery. We will send you a link to make your payment and your package will be returned to you.

The majority of our patterns are graded from size 34 to 48, except for the following patterns which are graded up to size 46:

- Plum
- Mint
- Nymphea
- Goji
- Daphne
- Poppy
- Dune
- Cherry Blossom
- Hazel

Only the pattern skirt is available up to size 44.

Yes, you can find the video tutorials for our sewing patterns released since October 2020 on our You Tube channel. For older patterns, don't worry, the booklets are well detailed and illustrated enough to help beginner sewers make their garments.

Yes, you have 6 months to download your files. Please note that each file can be downloaded 5 times maximum. This limitation is to protect our creations and to prevent the distribution of our patterns which are intended for personal use.

No, our sewing patterns and sewing kits are for personal use only.

This is normal, as the basic materials such as needles or fusible interfacing are not included in our sewing kits.
No, it is not possible to change the fabric included in a sewing kit.

Our fabrics are sold in multiples of 50cm. If you wish to buy 1m, you will have to add 2 quantities to your basket, for 1m50, you will have to add 3 quantities, etc.

Of course, you will receive a coupon in one piece.

As the right of withdrawal does not apply to cut products, it is not possible to return this item.

Launched at the end of November 2022, our exclusive loyalty program gives you access to vouchers that can be used on our site. The principle: 1€ spent = 1 loyalty point. For every 100 points accumulated you get a 5€ voucher (usable from 25€ of purchases). For 200 accumulated points you get 10€ (usable from 50€ of purchases). Yes, your monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of your subscription, but you can of course cancel it at any time if you wish from your customer account (once the 3-month commitment period has elapsed).

At the beginning of each month, a new pattern is posted in the Sewing Lab subscriber area.

Subscribers can download it for 1 month.

The SEWING LAB is open to all seamstresses, whatever their starting level.

All you need is a sewing machine and the basic materials.

The patterns on offer are easy to intermediate, with video guidance for all the more technical points.

Advanced beginners will even find several video courses to help them get started and progress.

SEWING LAB patterns range from size 34 to size 52 .

In each booklet, you'll find a measurement chart to help you choose the right size for your measurements. We always advise you to make a canvas before making the model in your final fabric.

Nous ne proposons plus d'abonnement prépayé 1 an (cette offre était proposée pour une durée limitée). Si toutefois vous souhaitez offrir un abonnement à une proche, vous devrez le souscrire en utilisant son compte client (créé avec son adresse mail personnelle) et non le vôtre, afin que les patrons du SEWING LAB lui soient bien adressés tous les mois. If you have opted for a monthly subscription with no commitment, you can cancel it at any time from your customer account (once the 3-month commitment period has elapsed).

You cannot change your email address by yourself. 

For any modification please contact us via the address [email protected]specifying the new e-mail address. We will process your request as soon as possible. 

The monthly subscription is debited automatically every month. If your payment has been rejected, it's probably because your card has expired. 

If this happens, you will need to update your bank details from your customer account in the "Manage my subscription" section for your payment to be taken into account and for your subscription to continue. 

You can pay by credit card or via Paypal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
