Shipping your package
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. This time may be extended by a few days during sales or product launches.
Several delivery methods are available:
- Livraison en lettre verte (La Poste, sans suivi). À partir de 3€50 pour les plus petits colis.
- Livraison à domicile sans signature (La Poste, avec suivi par mail). À partir de 6,90€
- Livraison en point relais (La Poste, avec suivi par mail). À partir de 4,90€

Free collection on site, à l'atelier, au 31 rue de Cuire, 69004 LYON, aux horaires suivants :
- Monday: 9.30am - 12.30pm / 2pm - 5pm
- Tuesday: 9.30am - 12.30pm / 2pm - 5pm
- Wednesday: 9.30am - 12.30pm / 2pm - 5pm
- Thursday: 9.30am - 12.30pm / 2pm - 5pm
- Friday: 9.30am - 12.30pm / 2pm - 5pmIt is important towait for the confirmation by email of the availability of your package. You will need your order number to collect it.
Whichever shipment method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
La livraison en point relais est offerte en France métropolitaine à partir de 100€ d’achats.
We also deliver to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Poland. For these countries, the delivery costs are between 5€ and 15€.
We also deliver to Canada and the United States and to the French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Guyana).
Returns for metropolitan France within 14 days at the buyer's expense (are excluded: personalized items and patterns paper and PDF).
