- an illustrated instruction manual
- scraps of natural fiber fabric (double gauze, voile or batiste of cotton, linen, silk, etc.)
- the thread assorted
- absorbent cotton for softness
- 30cm of 1cm wide elastic (for a head circumference of 57cm)
- and for the embroidered message: a drum / an erasable ink pen to transfer your design or a piece of water-soluble film / an embroidery needle / a contrasting embroidery thread
